The Role

_{The Head of Operations will  drive strategic priorities, unlock execution bottlenecks, and scale the company across operations and go-to-market. You’ll be trusted with high-leverage work — everything from running founder-level projects to building internal processes and wrangling complex decisions.}

What You'll Do

• _{Own company priorities. Run special projects, drive cross-functional execution, keep the trains moving and priorities aligned.}
  
• _{Make things legible. Take ambiguous ideas and bring structure, rigor, and insight — whether through dashboards, memos, decks, or decisions.}
  
• _{Build the operating rhythm. Own internal processes — planning, OKRs, board prep, hiring loops, sprint review, and cross-functional sync.}
  
• _{Be a force multiplier. Step in wherever needed: hiring, GTM experiments, investor comms, recruiting, compliance, onboarding, finance, vendor management.}
  
• _{Act as early COO-in-training. There’s a real path here. We’re looking for someone who could one day run FleetGlue’s operations at scale.}
